Two Ways To Do Vallarta Heat
For travellers from Montreal, the best option will probably be to build your own customized Do It Yourself Package. A DIY package is the way to go if all you need is a hotel or a flight or if you want to stick exactly to the Vallarta Heat dates. Or if you're flexible on dates, you can keep it simple and purchase a No Worry Package which includes your flight, hotel, transfers and (in some cases) meals and drinks at your hotel. Sorry, but this year there aren't any No Worry Packages from Montreal that work with the Vallarta Heat dates.
Regardless which of these two options you choose, don't forget to add in a heat tag which you'll need to get into the main Vallarta Heat events.

Create your own Vallarta Heat package. It's the perfect way to go if you want to be in Puerto Vallarta for the full Vallarta Heat week. You can also buy just the hotel or airfare - ideal if you've been lucky enough to use points for your flights or if you'll be staying with friends.

Hotels
These Hotel Only packages include 7 nights accommocation and applicable taxes. Check the descriptions below as some packages are "all inclusive" which means they also include meals and drinks. Some of the hotels also have upgraded room types which aren't shown below. Call us at 800.387.1240 ext 224 or email us for more information about these types of rooms. None of these packages include the Vallarta Heat tag which must be purchased separately.
Unlike No Worry Packages, Hotel Only package prices are pretty stable. Last minute deals are very rare, so there is no advantage to waiting for the price go down... it probably won't happen. In fact, many of the hotels are currently offering reduced prices as "early booking" rates, and some hotels (such as the Abbey, the Vallarta Heat host hotel) can sell out weeks or months in advance, so we strongly recommend that you purchase it sooner rather than later.

A $250 per person deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your check in date.
If you book less than 45 days prior to your check in date the full balance is due at the time of booking.

Condo & Villas
This year we are also offering a range of condo and villa options for Vallarta Heat. They are a particularly good option for groups of friends looking to stay together. Condos and villas book very early, so if you are interested in this option we urge you to book as soon as possible. Condos in the Los Muertos area are closest to the gay beach; however we are also offering options in neighbouring areas that are still close to the beach and nightlife. Again, none of these condo or villa prices include the Vallarta Heat tag which must be purchased separately.
Condos and villas cannot be booked online. Please call us at 800.387.1240 ext 224 or email us to check availability and book. These bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. All condo and villa prices are in US dollars.

No Worry Packages
All these packages include round trip airfare between Montreal and Puerto Vallarta, 7 nights accommodation and transfers between the airport in Puerto Vallarta and your hotel. Check the descriptions below as some packages also include meals and drinks. None of these packages include the Vallarta Heat tag which must be purchased separately.
Package prices do change, so the price you see today may be higher (or lower) than the price you may see in another month. Generally, prices are lower the earlier you book as early booking discounts are often in effect. However, with the recent fluctuation in fuel prices in the last few months, prices are more likely to go up rather than fall between now and January. That being said, last minute deals may come up... but then again they might not. Last year, the package at all the hotels in the Old Town sold out weeks or months in advance, so if your heart is set on a particular hotel we strongly recommend that you purchase it sooner rather than later.
The prices you see here are available whether you book online or by phone. If you book online full payment is required at the time of booking. If you book by phone (800.387.1240 ext 224) or by email you may have the option of securing your booking with a deposit ($250 per person), with the balance due 8 to 10 weeks prior to your departure date.
All prices are per person in Canadian dollars (including all taxes and fees) and are based on double occupancy - that is, two people sharing one room. Single occupancy rates are also available.
