Hotels

These Hotel Only packages include 7 nights accommocation and applicable taxes. Check the descriptions below as some packages are "all inclusive" which means they also include meals and drinks. None of these packages include the Vallarta Heat tag which must be purchased separately.

Hotel Only package prices are pretty stable. Last minute deals are very rare, so there is no advantage to waiting for the price go down... it probably won't happen. In fact, many of the hotels are currently offering reduced prices as "early booking" rates, and some hotels (such as the Abbey, the Vallarta Heat host hotel) can sell out weeks or months in advance, so we strongly recommend that you purchase it sooner rather than later.

A $250 per person deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your check in date.

If you book less than 45 days prior to your check in date the full balance is due at the time of booking.

	A small, moderate exclusively gay hotel. The Abbey is a block from the ocean and a short walk to the gay beach.

	The Dreams Puerto Vallarta	DOUBLE SINGLE $1,036 $1,570
	A luxury resort alternative
	Located on a quiet cove, this all-inclusive resort is the best hotel in the area and is only 5 minutes south of the gay beach.

	The San Marino	DOUBLE SINGLE $476 $728
	A moderate all-inclusive hotel
	Cheap and cheerful, the San Marino is directly on the ocean and is a very short walk from both the gay beach and the host hotel.

	The Tropicana	DOUBLE SINGLE $315 $568
	Still a favourite with many gay travellers
	A moderate beachfront hotel, the Tropicana is a very short walk away from the gay beach. Because of its location it has guests who return year after year. A less expensive "economy" room is also available but not recommended.

	A good quality hotel just outside Old Town.
	After a much-needed renovation a few years ago, the all-inclusive Buenaventura is a friendly option visitors looking for a good quality resort holiday. A hotel only option is also available.

	A top quality adults-only resort.
	Located on a quiet cove, this all-inclusive resort is the best hotel in the area and is only 5 minutes south of the gay beach.

	A well-reviewed all-inclusive mid-range hotel with excellent service

	Holiday Inn	DOUBLE SINGLE CALL CALL
	Quality at a fair price.
	Another good mid-range all-inclusive choice. Often available at very good package prices.

	Sheraton Buganvilias Resort	DOUBLE SINGLE $738 $1,475
	A brand name resort in the Hotel Zone.
	A large brand name resort on a good stretch of beach. Good, guaranteed quality.

Condo & Villas

This year we are also offering a range of condo and villa options for Vallarta Heat. They are a particularly good option for groups of friends looking to stay together. Condos and villas book very early, so if you are interested in this option we urge you to book as soon as possible. Condos in the Los Muertos area are closest to the gay beach; however we are also offering options in neighbouring areas that are still close to the beach and nightlife. Again, none of these condo or villa prices include the Vallarta Heat tag which must be purchased separately.

Condos and villas cannot be booked online. Please call us at 800.387.1240 or 1.416.962.2422 ext 224 or email us to check availability and book. These bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. All condo and villa prices are in US dollars.
