The Deluxe Parade Weekend package includes a full day, small group eco-tour of the Blue Mountains. You'll have breakfast with koalas and visit some of the more remote areas before having lunch at a restaurant in the heart of the Blue Mountains. The afternoon features a stop at the famous Three Sisters and some time in the wild searching for kangaroos before a champagne break and your return to Sydney. Party Weekend Package Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all Party Weekend Packages. By purchasing a Party Weekend Package you agree to these terms and conditions.

Deposit: A $250 per person deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking for packages purchased on January 15, 2010 or later.

Final Payment: The final balance (except for packages with accommodation at the Wyndham) is due on January 15, 2010. The final balance for all Wyndham packages is December 15, 2009.

Cancellation: The following cancellation penalties apply to all bookings except those with accommodation at the Wyndham or those which include airfare:
Cancel prior to January 15, 2010: $250
Cancel between January 15, 2010 and 31 days prior to check in: 50% of total package price
Cancel less than 31 days prior to check in: 100%
of total package price
Cancellation penalties for Wyndham packages:
Cancel prior to December 15, 2009: $250
Cancel on December 15, 2009 or later: 100% of total package price

Changes: Prior to departure: Once we have confirmed your arrangements in writing, a $50 per person fee may apply (on top of the cost of any applicable additional charges) for each change you request. Once in Australia: Whenever possible, all changes should be made through the Rainbow High Vacations concierge in Sydney who will process any additional charges.

Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance as well as out-of-country medical insurance. Please contact us for rates. We use RBC Insurance which offers very competitive rates and provides flexible, generous coverage, particularly for travellers with HIV.

Documents and Event Tickets: You will receive a booking confirmation package approximately three weeks prior to your arrival date in Sydney. To minimize the chance of lost documents, you are responsible for picking up your event tickets from the Rainbow High Vacations hospitality desk upon your arrival in Sydney. These tickets will not be sent to you prior to your departure. Full information and instructions will be included in your confirmation package. Airline electronic tickets will be sent to you as soon as the ticket has been purchased.

Travel Documentation: All visitors to Australia require a visa. Visa requirements vary depending on the passport you will use to enter Australia. Canadian and US passport holders (as well as holders of most European and some Asian passports) qualify for an electronic visa (called an Electronic Travel Authority). We can issue an ETA at no charge for our Mardi Gras clients. We strongly recommend that you obtain your ETA as soon as you have purchased your ticket to Australia just in case you are ineligible for an ETA and are required to apply for a traditional visa. All other passport holders should allow 4 to 8 weeks to apply for a visa.

Changes to Package Inclusions and Prices: Rainbow High Vacations reserves the right to modify the inclusions of your package. Since the dates of some events have yet to be confirmed, there is a small possibility that an event may not take place and, therefore, cannot be included in the final package. We reserve the right to substitute a similar event of an equivalent value if necessary. We also reserve the right to adjust the final package price by up to 7% prior to final payment. If the price increases by less than 7% the standard cancellation penalties will apply should you choose to cancel your vacation. However, should the price increase by 7% or more, you are entitled to a full refund without penalty.
