For starters, we've simplified and customized Beef Dip information based on your city of departure. The information on this page is for travellers from Vancouver. You have two travel options for Beef Dip 5. You can either keep it simple and purchase a No Worry Package which includes your flight, hotel, transfers and (in some cases) meals and drinks at your hotel. Or you can build your own customized Do It Yourself Package. A DIY package is the way to go if all you need is a hotel or a flight and it's perfect if you want to create your own combination of flights and hotels which isn't available as a No Worry Package.
Regardless which of these two options you choose, don't forget to add in a dog tag which you'll need to get into the main Beef Dip events.

No Worry Packages
All these packages include round trip airfare between Vancouver and Puerto Vallarta, 7 nights accommodation and transfers between the airport in Puerto Vallarta and your hotel. Check the descriptions below as some packages also include meals and drinks. None of these packages include the Beef Dip Dog tag which must be purchased separately.
Package prices do change, so the price you see today may be higher (or lower) than the price you may see in another month. Generally, prices are lower the earlier you book as early booking discounts are often in effect. However, last minute deals may come up... but then again they might not. Some of these packages can sell out weeks or months in advance, so if your heart is set on a particular hotel we strongly recommend that you purchase it sooner rather than later.
The prices you see here are only available when you book online at conxity.com. Full payment is required at the time of online booking. If you prefer to book by phone (800.387.1240 ext 224) or by email a $50 per person service fee may apply.
If you prefer not to pay in full at the time of booking you have the option of paying a $250 per person deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to departure. However, if you want to take advantage of this easy payment option you must make your booking by phone (800.387.1240 ext 224) or by email. A $50 per person service fee will apply to such bookings.
If you book less than 45 days prior to your departure date the full balance is due at the time of booking regardless whether you book online, by email or by phone.

No Worry Packages are also availabe with a number of other "mainstream" hotels we recommend. None of these resorts and hotels are in the old town but they are worth considering if you want to stay at a better quality hotel and don't mind being in the main hotel zone. Depending on the hotel, the gay beach and clubs would be between 5 to 15 minutes away by taxi. Do It Yourself Packages
Create your own Beef Dip package. It's the perfect way to go if you want to travel on specific dates or stay at a hotel that isn't available as a No Worry Package. You can also buy just the hotel or airfare - ideal if you've been lucky enough to use points for your flights or if you'll be staying with friends. So long as you purchase a hotel package or a flight from conxity.com, you qualify for the reduced Beef Dip dog tag price.

Unlike No Worry Packages, Hotel Only package prices are pretty stable. Last minute deals are very rare, so there is no advantage to waiting for the price go down... it probably won't happen. Since some of these hotels (such as the Abbey, the Beef Dip host hotel) can sell out weeks or months in advance, we strongly recommend that you purchase it sooner rather than later.
